Taking a roadtrip (San Fran to Seattle) -- Any tips?

We're taking a two week road trip up the coast of Northern CA through OR and into WA (destination, Seattle). We want to stay as close to the coast as possible, already have our camp sites booked. Any good points of interest / restaurants / etc we should be sure not to miss? Thanks!
