It maybe a lawsuit or is she just a druggie?

i have had this friend over 11 years..long story short shes been on heroin,meth, crack anything she can get her handson. she just skipped her 7th rehap as well. Anyway she has a 4 year old son that stays with everyone while she does what she does for cash.she caled me out the blue (6-7months)says she want to get her life together and needs work cloths. i put some togther or her. waited 6 hours for her and at 113opm she parks her car in the middel of the street and gets out. said she had to go in (my) house to pee. i park her car for he. then before i could blink shae says my dog bite her!! i have had my dog for 7 years never bit any1 our children of strangers. it wasnt a bad wound none the less looked like a dog wound. she calls me the next eveng joking that "my friend told me i could get 2500 dollars if i reporte it". i never heard of such. then she said but i would never do that to you. haa haaa. but wouldnt it be cool if i said i fell down your steps and we could like split half!!!?? omg...shes that high on drugs..im sorry this is so long but i dont know what to do. i contacted the police dept. she just got out and moms been prostituting to support her crack habit for YEARS! she has little bro , and moms friend using too. Sad thing is son willnever kow mom.
