Story name needed?? Please help?

Lauryn douglas is a dedicated mother and wife. Her children are tiffany,fiona,gianna and catlyn and darrina. She has been married 3 times to alexi, stefan and mikkos...all wealthy men. She runs a fashion house and is a former model. Fiona is engaged to harper braddock...heir to the biasi-braddock forune. Tiffany is a pregnant high cl call girl. Gianna is a bookworm librarian who put her heart into her work after her last breakup and wants no part of her mother's side ventures. Darrina is a journalist and has married a egyptian man against her mother's wishes. Caitlyn is a rebel teen who loves weed and partying and is secretly sleeping with harper. All of them have life shattering secrets. What would be a good title? what would be a good line to start the book with? cause this is just a idea and i have only written a list of characters and their descriptions. Also should i change anything about the book? Thanks
