Slow file tranfer problum please help?

It's referring to a 2.0 USB port which transfers data quicker than a regular USB port. Your file transfers could be slow due to a dodgy port or low memory on your system. Try defragmentation and not having a full hard drive. Also large file transfers will take longer ( so the more or bigger data you are transferring the longer it will require)
