Why do some Christians/catholics give every other believer a bad name?

religion does not define morality as religion people claim, rather, it helps people justify the way they already live. There are good and bad religious people just as there are good and bad secular people, the difference is that bad religious people justify their wrong, or at least hide them, in their seeming "righteousness"
