Im getting a tattoo for my cousin that died a couple years ago and dont know what to get?

We were very close and even had the same birthday. he died of cystic fibrosis and i wanted to get a tattoo im memorial of him. I was thinking of getting it om my ribs on my side and i wanted to get a quote or a saying of some kind written in maybe Gaelic because we are irish. I just dont know what to write. any ideas would be great.
