Thank you card question for baby shower.?

No you dont have to tell anyone what you got with the money they gave you - if you want to thats fine but I didnt. I just wrote something along the lines of "thank you for your kind gift - we greatly appreciate it". Personally, if they were just onesies or clothes I would just keep them. It is ok to exchange I guess but I just wouldnt. It is fine to exchange the gift you got 2 of but I wouldnt write that on the card. Just thank her for her thoughtful gift. But some gifts may be handy to get 2 of- we got 2 of the little bouncer seats and we left one at my moms house which worked great since he spends one day a week there.
