Does he like me or not!?

i am 13 and he is 16! we are neighbors and we have been like bff's for 4 years! last summer is when i was kind of convinced that he liked me! i was out of town for about 2 weeks and he would call every day just to c how i was! and wen i got bak we wood do so much stuff togeth. and then as the year had past it has been kind of just back to frineds! but he likes to flirt and poke and...stuff like that! i just cant stop worring about this i think about him allthe timeand i just do not no wat to do! i like him a little bit! he is so nice and stuff! but i dnt no if he likes me or if that is just the way he acts round grls! like i heard that he was toking about me to his frinds twcie and they were like so wat do u tink about her and he imideatly just said she's too young! and well no one was even in that subject...so y wood u bring th@ up?!!? there is a whole lot more to say but can't fit it! but we r such good friends and i dont know how to tell him my feelings! or shood i!i just need help
