How can i make my hair grow really fast?

It wont grow probably because i dye it alot and whatnot , i use to bleach it but i am not blonde anymore now i am a burgundy red tinted/purple tinted color, i love it and so does everyone else but i also straighten my hair and re-dye alot to keep the color in it and im planning on doing some blonde streaks then im done, but i straighten it daily and i was just wondering how i could make it grow super fast.
