When are we going to give up and admit healthcare policy is not working?

I don't see what this all has to do with "healthcare policy", but I'll bite anyway. People who screw like retarded rabbits eventually get what's coming to them, so whats the problem? All you really have to do is arrange your life in such a way that shields you from the fallout of their failures.
