Longer studs for wheels spacers?

ok i have a 88 mustang lx and i just bought a set of wheels for it and they are a multi 4 lug and they came off of a civic but i wanted to know is if i bought longer wheels studs and put them on can i put on bigger wheels spacer. i mean the wheels fit but there are rubbibg on the inside a little bit when i turn my car plus they the wheels are sucked in. i do know wheels spacers are not safe but i dont care so can some one help me out
