Inexpensive beginner flyball training for a small dog in Chester County or Delaware County, PA?

I have a 12 pound powderpap (powderpuff chinese crested/papillon mix) who will be 2 at the end of august. He loves tennis , people, and other animals and he has tons of energy. Is there a group in the Kennett Square area that does beginner training that doesn't cost an arm and a leg? I was looking into doing the training myself even though I don't have a clue where to start but the cheapest training box (with no jumps or training instructions) that I could find online was over $160! I don't want to get locked into something expensive only to find out he doesn't like it as much as I thought he would. I've tried the north american flyball alliance's website (flyball.org) but I am hoping there is another group that isn't listed on that site that may be closer to home. Serious answers only please!
