Hello everyone I am here on a inquiry on a dog. Pets > Dogs Pets>Dogs Dog lovers Pets Dog Pet?

Hi everyone! Thanks for clicking on this question. So the thing is I am looking for a dog. I moved out 2 years ago and now am VERY settled in a roomy loft with my girlfriend and our atiel. Anyways I have looked at numerous dogs and we have both decided what we want in one. It has to be able to come for walks but can also be a couch potatoe (A.K.A. when the dog is in the house we don't want him to go crazy and run around ALL the time. We would like the dog to be somewhat reserved to us yet not totaly agressive with strangers and has to be loving. We plan on having a kid in the future so please keep that in mind. So we were looking at larger dog e.g. Mastiffs, Danes, American Bulldogs...And we have both had experience with 3 and 4 dogs. Anyways we narrowed it down to A newfoundland, A rottweiler, OR A doberman. If you have had experience with one or more of these dogs please answer. We will also adopt a younger small dog like a beagle or something like that in a couple of years so keep that in mind. I would also like a dog that will protect me if necessary. Oh ya and we will adopt this dog! This is a question about a new pet for our loving home for pets that would be great for a dog! Pets>Dogs Pets > Dogs
